Djària American Bar
Of je nou naar Djària American Bar gaat voor alleen een cocktail of er uitgebreid gaat eten, het is hoe dan ook een goede keuze! ‘Hands down’ de beste burgers van de stad, maar ook ander comfortfood zoals pulled pork en gefrituurde ‘bitterballen’ van Mac&Cheese. Superfijne stop als je even zin hebt in iets anders dan Italiaans!

Ristorante Indiano Haveli 🌱
In Florence vind je verschillende Indiase restaurants, maar geen een is zo goed als Ristorante Indiano Haveli. Vers, smaakvol en fijne service. Het restaurant ligt een klein stukje buiten het toeristisch centrum, maar is de wandeling of taxirit meer dan waard.

Sushi Ieie da Toshi
Het is vrijwel onmogelijk echt fatsoenlijke sushi te vinden in Florence, behalve bij Ieie da Toshi! Geloof me, doe het gewoon niet tenzij je hier (of bij hun vestiging in de Mercato Centrale) een plekje weet te bemachtigen. Zelfs Japanse vrienden komen hier regelmatig, omdat de sushi hier niet ‘verpest’ is met gekke smaakmakers als philadelphia kaas. Enorme aanrader als je zin hebt in sushi, zeker even reserveren!

Ristorante Persiano Tehran 🌱
Midden in het toeristische centrum zit Ristorante Persiano Tehran. Een hele fijne plek met heerlijke oosterse gerechten. Verse producten, een fijne bediening en een prachtige zaak!

Santo Falafel 🌱
Santo Falafel is een vrij nieuwe zaak, waar ze (zoals de naam al doet vermoeden) o.a. falafel verkopen. Alles wordt vers gemaakt, inclusief de wraps en dat proef je! Er zit veel liefde in en alles is niet alleen vegetarisch, maar ook veganistisch. Ideaal om af te halen en op je balkon of in een park op te eten.
